Achilles Information Ltd has announced its acquisition of Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS), a leading supplier risk management provider based in California. This strategic move aims to bolster Achilles' presence in North America and enhance its supply chain sustainability capabilities. The acquisition follows Achilles' recent purchase of GoSupply, furthering its goal to expand globally and improve its portfolio of supply chain solutions.

The integration of GRMS will enhance Achilles' offerings by incorporating advanced features such as automated document management, digital insurance verification, and real-time risk monitoring. This will allow Achilles to provide deeper insights and tools for managing supplier relationships and mitigating various risks, including financial stability, ESG compliance, health and safety, and cybersecurity.

Key benefits of the acquisition include an increased footprint in the North American market, improved service delivery, and a combined database of over 200,000 suppliers and 675 buying organizations worldwide.
