Aleph Capital Partners and Crestview Partners have announced a significant equity investment in Saber Interactive, a leading independent game developer. This strategic move highlights Aleph's and Crestview's commitment to supporting industry-leading companies with high growth potential.

Saber Interactive, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is renowned for developing games for major platforms, including titles like Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, World War Z, and SnowRunner. The investment will enable Saber to repay its debt to Embracer Group AB and accelerate its growth initiatives. Saber operates 13 studios across Western and Eastern Europe, the United States, and South America.

Jamie Rahamim, Managing Director at Aleph, expressed excitement about partnering with Saber, emphasizing the company's exceptional capabilities and robust game portfolio.
