Ardian, a prominent private investment firm, has announced the successful closing of its first Private Equity Continuation Fund for Syclef, a leading European company specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This fund aims to support Syclef's growth and expansion, with significant backing from existing and new investors, including Eurazeo and Astorg.

The Continuation Fund will provide additional capital to enhance Syclef's organic growth and acquisition strategies. Since Ardian's initial investment in November 2020, Syclef has shown remarkable performance, solidifying its market position in France and expanding its international presence. The company is recognized for its role in the energy transition, focusing on the installation of natural fluid systems that improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

François Jerphagnon, Executive President of Ardian France, expressed pride in launching the fund, highlighting the recognition of Ardian's investment strategy aimed at supporting visionary entrepreneurs.
