BGF has announced several key partner appointments within its investment and portfolio teams, signaling a strategic shift in its leadership structure. Paddy Graham and Barry Jackson will move into roles as Regional Partners, reporting to Richard Taylor, BGF’s Head of Growth.
The investment team sees a significant expansion, with Alex Garfitt, Alex Snodgrass, Chris Boyes, Dennis Atkinson, Harry Jones, Leo Casey, Ned Dorbin, Pinesh Mehta, and Seb Saywood being promoted to Partner status. Similarly, the portfolio team will welcome Graham Clarke, Jill Williams, Jon Earl, Luke Rajah, Matt Simcox, Spencer Woods, and Will Gresty as new partners.
To further strengthen its leadership, Alastair Brew, Barry Jackson, Dennis Atkinson, and Paddy Graham will join BGF’s Investment Leadership Team. Additionally, Alex Snodgrass and Dennis Atkinson will take on roles within the Investment Committee, enhancing the decision-making process.
In a related move, Liz Warburton will become the Head of Corporate Affairs, acknowledging her contributions to corporate and brand positioning. She will continue to manage marketing, communications, and community initiatives. Furthermore, Gemma Hamilton has been appointed as the national Head of Origination, reflecting her leadership in this critical area.
