BGF has acquired a minority stake in ER Productions, a specialist in laser production, pyrotechnics, and special effects. Founded in 2007 by Marc Webber and Ryan Hagan, ER Productions is known for its innovative laser and SFX solutions, having collaborated with major events like Glastonbury, Eurovision, and the London 2012 Olympics, as well as renowned artists such as Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran.

Based in Dartford, ER Productions has expanded its reach internationally, with offices in the US, Spain, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. The founders will retain majority ownership and continue to lead a growing team of nearly 110 employees across five locations. The company aims to enhance its global presence, particularly in the US, to meet increasing demand for its services.

In addition to expanding its market reach, ER Productions plans to invest in manufacturing proprietary equipment at its Dartford facility. Hagan emphasized the company's commitment to being a top-tier provider in the live events sector, stating that BGF's expertise in scaling growth will significantly bolster their commercial capabilities and technological advancements.

Chris Morgan, an investor at BGF, praised ER Productions for its dedication to quality and innovation, noting the rising demand for captivating experiences at live events. He expressed enthusiasm for supporting the company's next phase of growth under the leadership of Webber and Hagan.
