Bowmark Capital Acquires Turnkey IPS Software Provider
Mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital has made a strategic investment in Turnkey IPS, a software provider catering to the insolvency sector. This investment aims to bolster Turnkey's growth by enhancing its workforce, technology, product development, and international reach.
As part of this transaction, Deborah Baxter, the current COO, will step up as the new chief executive. Meanwhile, Tony Wood will move into a non-executive position, and Peter Little will join the board as non-executive chairman.
Founded in 1980 by Dr. Barry Wood, Turnkey IPS specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency software, serving over 300 clients. The company boasts a strong recurring revenue stream, exceeding 20% annually, highlighting its solid market position.
