Mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital has made an investment in Turnkey IPS, a software provider specializing in the insolvency industry. This investment aims to bolster Turnkey's growth by enhancing its workforce, technology, product development, and expanding its international presence.
As part of the transaction, Deborah Baxter, the current COO, will be promoted to chief executive officer. Tony Wood will transition to a non-executive role, and Peter Little will join the board as non-executive chairman.
Founded in 1980 by Dr. Barry Wood, Turnkey IPS offers corporate restructuring and insolvency software to over 300 clients. The company boasts recurring revenues exceeding 20% per annum.
