Brian Humphries Joins CD&R as Operating Advisor for Technology
Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has appointed Brian Humphries as an Operating Advisor to its funds, effective January 7, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the global technology services sector, Humphries will assist CD&R in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, particularly within its existing technology portfolio in Europe.
Humphries previously served as CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he led significant growth in cloud and digital enterprises from 2021 to 2023. Before that, he was CEO of Vodafone Business, overseeing a division that generated approximately €12 billion in global sales. His extensive background also includes senior roles at Dell EMC, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq Computer.
Dave Novak, Co-President of CD&R, praised Humphries as a strategic leader with a strong reputation for driving innovation. He expressed confidence that Humphries' insights and network would enhance CD&R's technology investment activities in Europe.
