Cary Group, a leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement (VGRR) services in Europe, has announced its expansion into France through the acquisition of a 51% stake in 123 Pare-Brise. This French company, founded in 2020, is recognized as a prominent independent VGRR specialist, operating 129 workshops across the country.

The acquisition marks a strategic move for Cary Group, allowing it to tap into the sizable and growing French VGRR market. 123 Pare-Brise has established a robust network and a direct-to-consumer sales model, employing nearly 900 staff and generating sales of around 100 million euros. Cary Group's CEO, Anders Jensen, emphasized the significance of this acquisition in enhancing the company's European presence and consolidating its market position.

The founders of 123 Pare-Brise expressed enthusiasm about joining Cary Group, highlighting the shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They believe that this partnership will enable them to leverage Cary Group's resources to improve their services and expand their market reach. The existing management team at 123 Pare-Brise will remain in place to ensure continuity and drive growth after the acquisition.

Cary Group's acquisition strategy includes entering new geographic markets through platform acquisitions, strengthening existing markets with add-on acquisitions, and enhancing its footprint with smaller acquisitions. Over the past four years, the company has successfully acquired several businesses across Europe, including Autoglass Clinic in Belgium and Dansk Bilglas in Denmark, which have contributed to its revenue growth and market consolidation in the fragmented European VGRR sector.

Cary Group specializes in sustainable vehicle glass solutions and aims to provide customers with high-quality products and services. The company is committed to making car care simpler and more sustainable. Meanwhile, 123 Pare-Brise, with its focus on fast and reliable service, aims to become the leading independent integrated network in France, with plans to expand to 130 centers by early 2025.

This acquisition not only strengthens Cary Group's foothold in France but also aligns with its broader strategy of consolidating the European VGRR market.
