Rob Lucas, CEO of CVC, expressed gratitude to Roussel for his significant contributions over the years, highlighting his role in building CVC's Operations capabilities. Lucas welcomed Kelleher, noting that his operational expertise and leadership in complex transformations will enhance CVC's support for portfolio companies and long-term value for investors.
Roussel reflected on his time at CVC, stating that it feels like the right moment to step back and pass leadership to Kelleher. He expressed pride in the accomplishments of the Operations team and gratitude for the support from his colleagues.
Kelleher expressed his honor in joining CVC, recognizing its exceptional reputation and looking forward to collaborating with the team to drive growth and performance across the portfolio.
