ECI Partners has started 2025 on a high note by announcing five promotions within its Investment and Commercial Teams, following a record year in which over £500 million was deployed. This move reflects the firm’s ongoing momentum and commitment to growth.

Rory Nath has been promoted to Partner in the Investment Team. He joined ECI in 2015 as a Commercial Team Associate and transitioned to the Investment Team in 2018. Nath has played a significant role in successful investments, including TAG and Croud, and has been involved in previous exits that yielded an average return of 3.8x.

Isabella Fox and Sarthak Sawlani have both been elevated to Investment Director. Fox, who joined ECI in 2023, has quickly made her mark by contributing to several transactions, including the notable acquisition of Text Request by Commify in October 2024. Sawlani has also been active, working on new investments like CMap and IGG, and has supported BCN in completing four acquisitions since ECI's investment.

Mia Smith has been promoted to Investment Manager in the Commercial Team. Since joining ECI in 2022, she has worked on three new investments and has been instrumental in various value creation initiatives, such as developing Mobysoft’s Social Value Strategy. Louis Jans, also promoted to Investment Manager, joined ECI in 2023 and has contributed to deals like Insurance Insider, leveraging his multilingual skills to aid ECI’s European expansion efforts.

Tom Wrenn, Managing Partner at ECI, expressed gratitude to the team for their dedication during a busy period that included closing five new deals and seven bolt-on deals. He emphasized that the team's experiences have fostered skill development, leading to these well-deserved promotions.
