Richard Neish, a former executive at Kin + Carta, has been appointed CEO of tech consultancy 101 Ways. He succeeds Zane Gambasin, who will now serve as COO at the London-based firm. Neish will lead a six-member leadership team to drive the company's growth strategy, supported by private equity firm Growth Capital Partners, which acquired a minority stake last year.
Neish brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting and large-scale data and software delivery. At Kin + Carta, he served as global chief strategy officer and CEO of Kin + Carta Connect, where he focused on custom software and data transformation, AI strategy, and scaling operations in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Neish expressed enthusiasm about joining 101 Ways, highlighting the firm's technical excellence and innovative culture as key factors for future growth. He praised the leadership team and the expertise of Growth Capital Partners, emphasizing his eagerness to contribute to the consultancy's next phase.
Kelly Waters, chairman of 101 Ways, commended Gambasin for his leadership over the past five years, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Waters expressed confidence in Neish's ability to build on the strong foundation laid by Gambasin and drive further growth for the company.
