Founded in 2008, Egnyte specializes in cloud-based content intelligence, governance, and collaboration tools via a unified intelligent content platform. The company serves over 22,000 enterprise customers worldwide, offering solutions that integrate AI, file storage, content sharing, and data security. Egnyte is dedicated to continuous innovation, focusing on improving employee productivity, automating business processes, and ensuring robust data protection.
CEO and co-founder Vineet Jain expressed enthusiasm about the investment, highlighting its potential to accelerate product development and facilitate growth into new verticals and international markets.
