IK Partners has announced that its IK Partnership III Fund will acquire a minority stake in OCTIME Group, a French software developer specializing in workforce management solutions. The stake will be purchased from existing shareholders, including Group President Guillaume Berbinau, Andera Partners, and the management team, all of whom will reinvest. Berbinau will remain the majority shareholder, supported by Managing Director Nicolas Michel-Vernet and his team. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Biron, France, OCTIME Group offers comprehensive time management and human resource planning solutions. The company serves over 7,000 small to medium-sized enterprises across various sectors and countries, helping them digitize HR processes. OCTIME’s products include tools for tracking and managing workforce performance, such as time, attendance, scheduling, and task management. The Group has around 300 employees and operates subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. It has shown consistent organic growth and low client churn.

IK Partners will collaborate with OCTIME’s management to enhance its leadership in the time management sector by acquiring new clients and expanding internationally through a buy-and-build strategy focused on neighboring European countries.
