Private equity firm Inflexion has announced the opening of a new office in Singapore, marking a significant strategic milestone for the company. This expansion aims to enhance the firm's investor coverage in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
To lead this initiative, Inflexion has appointed Shane Gong as managing director within its investment relations team. Gong brings over 20 years of experience in private equity capital raising, direct investing, and mergers and acquisitions across Asia.
Before joining Inflexion, Gong served as managing director and head of Evercore’s APAC Private Capital Advisory group for five years. His extensive background positions him well to drive investor engagement in the region.
George Collier, Inflexion's chief operating officer and partner, emphasized the importance of the Singapore office in strengthening the firm's presence and relationships with investors in APAC.
