During his tenure at Integra, De Witte was instrumental in driving international expansion and operational excellence, significantly increasing the company's market potential through strategic acquisitions and innovation. Before Integra, he led Barco N.V., enhancing its position in various sectors, including healthcare and entertainment, through digital transformation and product launches.

De Witte's extensive career also includes 18 years at GE Healthcare, where he managed global teams across multiple regions. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey in Europe. Currently, he serves as a Director at ResMed Inc., a leader in digital health and medical devices.
