Nordic Capital has announced four new Partner promotions following a successful year marked by eleven platform acquisitions and four exits. The firm also closed its second mid-market fund at its hard cap of €2 billion.

The newly promoted Partners come from the firm’s Operations Advisory and Specialist Functions Advisory teams.

Martin Jacobsson, an Operating Partner, has been with Nordic Capital Advisors since 2016. He plays a crucial role in the operational advisory team, which consists of over 20 professionals, and has significantly contributed to enhancing commercial, marketing, and operational strategies within the Financial Services portfolio.

Henrik Johansson, who serves as Partner and General Counsel, oversees all legal, structuring, and tax matters at Nordic Capital Advisors. He also manages alignment with Fund Operations in Luxembourg and Jersey, as well as the firm’s Family Office. Johansson joined the firm in 2018.

Elin Ljung, another Operating Partner, has been with Nordic Capital since 2017. As the Head of Sustainability and Communications, she has led initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable business practices and enhancing the firm’s brand presence.

Henrik Sandreus, also an Operating Partner, joined Nordic Capital in 2016. He is part of the operational advisory team and brings extensive industrial experience across various sectors. Sandreus has been pivotal in driving performance and operational excellence, particularly in the Services and Industrial Tech sectors.

These promotions reflect Nordic Capital's commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it continues to grow and succeed in the private equity landscape.
