Charmaine Day brings over 20 years of financial experience, particularly in regulated sectors such as construction, medical device manufacturing, and food supply chains. She holds ACCA and AAT qualifications and previously served as CFO at Surgical Innovations Group PLC, where she enhanced financial performance and governance.

Founded in 2014 by Aman Chahal and Robert Vass, TaperedPlus has quickly become a national leader in flat and tapered roof projects. The company operates across multiple sectors and offers additional services like BIM, acoustic, thermal measuring, and surveying. Since 2020, TaperedPlus has grown significantly, increasing its workforce by 70%, tripling revenues, and earning B-Corp accreditation in 2023 for its sustainable practices.
