TIM has successfully concluded an agreement with Ardian, through its consortium Impulse I, for the sale of its remaining 10% stake in Daphne 3. This holding company owns 30.8% of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INWIT).

The deal, announced on August 13, values INWIT shares at 10.43 euros. After accounting for Daphne 3's net debt, TIM is expected to receive around 250 million euros from this transaction. Notably, this amount is not included in TIM's organic net debt guidance for 2024.
