Alex Allgood is the Managing Director at The Peakstone Group, a position he has held since November 2017. Based in the United States, Alex brings extensive experience in investment banking and private equity.

Prior to joining The Peakstone Group, Alex served as Managing Director at VeriQuest Advisors/VeriQuest Investors starting in April 2009. His career also includes a role as Managing Director of the Private Equity Group at Sowell & Co. from October 2011 to September 2015.

Earlier in his career, Alex was the Founder and Portfolio Manager at Wrangler Capital Management, LP / VeriQuest Capital Management, LP from May 2004 to March 2009. He also held the position of Senior Vice President, M&A at Lehman Brothers from January 1996 to January 2004.

Alex began his career as a Financial Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers in June 1992. He is currently based in Dallas, Texas.
