Andrew Johnson is the Managing Director at Covington Associates, based in the United States. He has been with Covington Associates since 2016, initially serving as Vice President before being promoted to Director in December 2020 and subsequently to Managing Director in September 2022.

Prior to joining Covington Associates, Andrew held key positions at LP Capital Advisors, a Pavilion Company, where he served as Vice President and Associate from 2013 to 2015. He also worked at GE Asset Management as the Domestic Private Equity Finance Leader and participated in their Financial Management Program.

Andrew's extensive experience in investment banking and private equity finance has been instrumental in his leadership role at Covington Associates.
