Andy Hays is the Partner and Co-Founder of Copper Run, an investment bank based in the United States. Since its inception in April 2008, Andy has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth and success. He also serves as the President of Copper Run Capital LLC.

Before founding Copper Run, Andy was the Principal at Hays & Company Financial, LLC from March 2005 to April 2008. His earlier career includes significant roles in investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald from June 2002 to January 2005 and as a CPA at Ernst & Young from July 1998 to September 2001.

Andy Hays is based in Columbus, Ohio.
