Anisha Florian is a Talent Partner at Lincoln International, based in the United States. She has been with Lincoln International since April 2022, initially serving as a Talent Partner for the Consumer & Healthcare sectors before transitioning to her current role in July 2024.

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Anisha held various positions in the field of training and community engagement. She served as a Training Coordinator at Lincoln International from November 2021 to April 2022 and worked as a Senior Prevention Educator at Family Shelter Service of Metropolitan Family Services DuPage from October 2018 to November 2021.

Earlier in her career, Anisha was a Training and Community Engagement Specialist and Trainer at the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She also has experience as a Relief Women's and Children's Advocate at Family Shelter Service and as a Speech Coach at Naperville Central High School.
