Bernard Schmid is the Founding Partner at Areta, a strategic advisory firm based in Berlin, Germany, established in January 2022. He brings extensive experience in investment banking, venture capital, and management consulting to his role. Prior to founding Areta, Bernard served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2019 to 2022 and worked in Venture Capital at Atlantic Labs. He also held positions in Business Development at AUTO1 Group and Investment Banking at Barclays Investment Bank. Additionally, Bernard is a Startup Mentor at Protocol Labs since November 2022.
