Bhaven Pathak is the Partner and Head of UK & Europe at Insurance Advisory Partners, a role he has held since May 2022. Based in London, United Kingdom, Bhaven brings extensive experience in investment banking and advisory services.

Prior to his current position, he served as CFO/COO at a FinTech company from August 2021 to May 2022 and was the Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Canopius Group from May 2013 to June 2021.

Bhaven also held strategic roles at Hiscox and RSA plc, and began his career as a Senior Associate in Investment Banking Advisory at HSBC Investment Bank.

In addition to his professional roles, Bhaven has been a Board Director/Trustee at the Yog Foundation since July 2017.
