Britton Woolf is the Managing Director at Palm Tree LLC, an investment banking firm based in the United States. He has held this position since joining the company. Prior to his current role, Britton was the Founder and Managing Director of Morningside Capital, a position he held from March 2011.

Britton also served as Senior Director in the Transaction Advisory Group at Alvarez & Marsal from June 2012 to March 2020. Earlier in his career, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held roles including Manager of Transaction Services and Senior Associate in Assurance.
