Charles Fan is a Partner at Crewe Capital, an investment banking firm based in the United States. He has been with Crewe Capital since January 2015.

Prior to his current role, Charles founded Five Prime Advisors, LLC in January 2014.

He has extensive experience in the life sciences and medical technology sectors, having previously served as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Maxim Group LLC from 2004 to 2006.

Charles is also a member of The Economic Club of New York and was a member of the Alliance for Science and Technology Development at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 2004 to 2016.
