Chris Grubb is a Partner and the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Ducera Partners LLC, a role he has held since September 2023. Based in San Francisco, United States, Chris brings extensive experience in investment banking and M&A advisory.

Prior to joining Ducera Partners, Chris served as Managing Director and Head of the Western Region at Greenhill & Co. from July 2017 to August 2023. He also held the position of Co-Head of U.S. M&A at Greenhill & Co. from January 2016 to August 2016.
