Crystal Hsu is the Associate Director of Investment Banking at Back Bay Life Science Advisors, based in the United States. She assumed this role in January 2024. Prior to this, she served as an Engagement Manager at the same firm from July 2022 to January 2024. Crystal has been with Back Bay Life Science Advisors since December 2020, initially joining as a Senior Consultant.
