Fermin Caro is the Founder and Managing Director of ComCap LLC, an investment bank specializing in digital commerce. Since establishing ComCap in December 2012, Fermin has led the firm in providing strategic advisory services to clients in the digital commerce sector. Prior to founding ComCap, he launched Sparkup Consulting in November 2010, where he served as Founder until December 2012.

Fermin's extensive experience includes roles such as Co-founder and VP of Corporate and Business Development at Empower Interactive, Inc., and Associate at Credit Suisse in New York. He holds an MBA from Yale University - School of Management.

Based in Menlo Park, California, Fermin continues to drive innovation and growth in the digital commerce space through his leadership at ComCap.
