Jamie Boyd is the Managing Director at Cascadia Capital, based in Seattle, Washington. He has been with Cascadia since April 2004, where he specializes in investment banking with a focus on energy transition and climate technology.

Prior to his current role, Jamie served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cascadia Acquisition Corp., a Nasdaq-listed public company, from August 2021 to October 2023.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Corporate Securities Attorney at Dechert LLP from January 2001 to April 2004 and was part of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Group at Colliers-International from January 1994 to January 1995.

Jamie holds extensive experience in public company leadership, including roles as CEO, CFO, and board member.
