Jared Rance is a Partner and Managing Director at Hennepin Partners, based in the United States. He has been with Hennepin Partners since April 2018, initially serving as Managing Director before being promoted to his current role in January 2023.

Prior to joining Hennepin Partners, Jared held significant positions at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, where he served as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2016 to April 2018, and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from May 2014 to September 2016.

Jared's earlier career includes roles at Lazard, where he was Vice President from March 2013 to May 2014 and Associate in Investment Banking from May 2010 to March 2013. He also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Lazard Middle Market in 2009.

Jared holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, completed in May 2010.
