Jeff Chang is a Partner at Qatalyst Partners, based in the United States. He has been with the firm since June 2011. Prior to joining Qatalyst Partners, Jeff served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from June 2007 to June 2011. He also held senior management roles in global marketing at SAP and corporate marketing at Netcentives, Inc.
