John Sipala is the Managing Director at Oberon Securities, LLC, a position he has held since January 2018. Based in the United States, John brings extensive experience in investment banking and corporate advisory.

Prior to joining Oberon Securities, John founded and served as Managing Director at Saddle Creek, LLC, starting in January 1996. He also held the role of Senior M&A Advisor at Woodbridge International LLC from 2008 to 2018.

Earlier in his career, John was the Senior VP of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Jamesway Corporation (NYSE) from 1993 to 1996 and served as Controller at Bowne of NY (AMEX) from 1991 to 1993. He began his career at Butler International, Inc. (NYSE/NASDAQ), where he held various mid-level and senior financial positions from 1981 to 1990.

John is currently based in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
