Jon Nyman is a Partner in Investment Banking at Fearnley Securities, based in Oslo, Norway. He joined Fearnley Securities in November 2022.

Prior to this, Jon served as the Head of Shipping Corporate Finance, Norway at SEB Investment Banking from July 2019 to October 2022.

He also held the position of Director, Corporate Finance at SEB Investment Banking from September 2014 to June 2019.

Earlier in his career, Jon was an Associate Director at Nordea Investment Banking from January 2007 to August 2014 and an Assistant Vice President at Nordea, Shipping & Offshore Division from January 2006 to January 2007.

Jon began his professional journey as a Corporal in the Telemark Bataljon, Royal Norwegian Army in 1998.
