Jordan Shields is a Partner at Juniper Advisory, a leading investment bank in the United States. He has been with Juniper Advisory since June 2011, initially serving as Managing Director before being promoted to Partner in October 2020.

Prior to joining Juniper Advisory, Jordan held the position of Associate Director - Healthcare at Navigant Consulting from July 2006 to June 2011. He also gained experience as a Healthcare Consultant at Ernst & Young from April 2002 to August 2004 and at Arthur Andersen from January 1999 to March 2002.

Jordan began his career as a Non-Profit Public Finance Intern at William Blair from December 1996 to February 1997 and served as a Summer Fellow at Northwest Community Hospital in 2005.
