Joshua Sletten is the Senior Executive Director of Investment Banking at Cherry Tree & Associates, based in the United States. He assumed this role in June 2024. Prior to this, Joshua served as a Board Member at Bodytrak® from October 2021 to June 2024.

Before joining Cherry Tree & Associates, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Lakeland Industries from April 2023 to May 2024, and Vice President of Corporate Development from May 2021 to April 2023.

Joshua also held the position of Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Craig-Hallum Capital Group from July 2019 to May 2021. Earlier in his career, he was Manager of Corporate Finance at The IMAGINE Group from February 2017 to July 2019, and Investment Banking Analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital Group from January 2015 to May 2016.

He began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at ShoreView Industries, LLC in June 2013.
