Lance Converse is the Managing Partner at Crosstree, an investment bank based in the United States. He has held this position since May 2018. In addition to his role at Crosstree, Lance serves as an Executive and Board Member at Prostasis, a position he has held since July 2018.

Prior to his current roles, Lance was the Chief Innovation Officer at WIRB-Copernicus Group from January 2016 to January 2020. He also founded and served as CEO of ePharmaSolutions from July 2001 to January 2016 and Acurian Inc. from March 1997 to June 2001.

Lance is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
