Mads Sperling is the Managing Director at Carnegie Investment Bank, based in Denmark. He assumed this role in August 2023, following a successful tenure as Director from January 2019 to August 2023 and Associate Director from March 2017 to January 2019 at the same institution.

Prior to joining Carnegie, Mads held positions at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, where he served as Associate Corporate Finance from February 2015 to August 2015 and Analyst Corporate Finance from September 2012 to February 2015.

Mads has been a member of Nova 100 since March 2009 and has also served as a Board Member at E+N Arkitektur A/S from September 2012 to December 2018.
