Mark Williams is the Managing Director at The DAK Group, a position he has held since January 1998. Based in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Mark brings extensive experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory.

Prior to joining The DAK Group, Mark served as Vice President - Team Leader at Midlantic Bank from January 1993 to January 1997. He also held the role of Department Head at the Resolution Trust Corporation from January 1990 to January 1993.
