Matt Palmer is a Partner at Ardea Partners, based in the United States. Prior to joining Ardea Partners, he served as Co-Head of North American Insurance Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan from January 2020 to January 2023.

Before that, Matt held several key positions at J.P. Morgan, including Managing Director and Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group from 2012 to 2023.
