Melvyn Threatt-Peters is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at The DAK Group, based in the United States. He has been with The DAK Group since January 2023. Prior to his current role, Melvyn served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at the same firm from January 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining The DAK Group, he was an Investment Banking Associate covering EMEA at Nexus Capital Markets from September 2016 to May 2017. He also held roles at Broadridge and Colebrooke Capital, Inc.
