Michael Feinberg serves as Partner and General Counsel at Ducera Partners LLC, a leading investment bank in the United States. He has been with Ducera Partners since April 2017, initially holding the position of General Counsel before being promoted to his current role in January 2024.

Prior to joining Ducera Partners, Michael was Counsel at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from September 2014 to March 2017. He also held the position of Vice President at Credit Suisse from September 2010 to August 2013.

Earlier in his career, Michael served as Counsel for Securities Litigation at WilmerHale from September 2005 to August 2010 and as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from September 2004 to August 2005.
