Nicholas Hanser is the Managing Partner and Head of Technology (TMT) Investment Banking at Saxenhammer, based in Munich, Germany.
Since January 2019, he has led the firm's TMT sector, focusing on M&A, capital raises, and IPO advisory.
Concurrently, he serves as the Global Co-Head of TMT at CDI Global M&A.
Prior to his current roles, Nicholas was the Head of ECM / Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Bryan, Garnier & Co from 2017 to 2019.
He also held the position of Head of D-A-CH / ECM, Capital Markets and IPO Advisory at STJ Advisors from 2014 to 2017.
His career in investment banking began at Credit Suisse, where he worked from 2006 to 2014.
Nicholas brings extensive experience in the TMT sector and a strong track record in investment banking.
