Nicolas Gutbrod is the Managing Director at SGP Corporate Finance, based in Munich, Germany. He has held this position since July 2019. Prior to joining SGP Corporate Finance, Nicolas served as an Executive Board Member and Head of M&A at Helbling Business Advisors from January 2014 to June 2019. He also held the role of Head of M&A and Liaison Officer Germany at Corporate Finance International during the same period. Earlier in his career, Nicolas was a Partner in M&A Advisory at CAPEO Corporate Finance from 2010 to 2014 and Head of M&A at Buchanan Capital Group from 2005 to 2009.
