Nikolas Westphal is the Managing Partner at Clipperton, based in Berlin, Germany. He assumed this role in December 2023, following his tenure as a Partner at the same firm from November 2020 to December 2023.

Prior to joining Clipperton, Nikolas held the position of Director / Executive Director at GP Bullhound from April 2017 to October 2020. He also served as Vice President at Arma Partners from June 2014 to March 2017 and at Morgan Stanley from May 2011 to June 2014.

Earlier in his career, Nikolas was an Associate in Restructuring & M&A Advisory at Blackstone from June 2009 to April 2011. He began his professional journey as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 2005 to December 2007 and served as an Infantry Soldier in the Bundeswehr from July 2000 to May 2001.
