Oded Ben-Joseph is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outcome Capital, an investment bank based in the United States. He has held this position since January 2012.

In addition to his role at Outcome Capital, Oded has served as a Mentor for the MIT Innovation Fund at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from January 2022 to January 2024.

Prior to these roles, he co-founded and directed ELIOS Vision from 2019 to 2023 and served on the Board of Directors at XableCath from 2015 to 2023.

Oded's earlier career includes positions such as Managing Director at Boston Equity Advisors, Co-founder, President & CEO at Caliber Therapeutics, Inc., and President and CEO at X-Cell Medical, Inc.

He also held the role of President at Ester Neuroscience, Ltd. and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan.
