Patrice Guiol is the Managing Partner at Alpax, an investment bank based in the United States. He has held this position since March 2003.

Patrice is also a member of the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) since January 2015.

Prior to his current role, he served as Managing Director at ING from 1998 to 2003 and as Senior Vice President at BNP Paribas from 1989 to 1998.

His career began at JP Morgan, where he held the position of Managing Director from 1977 to 1988.
