Patrick Galleher is the Managing Partner at Boxwood Partners, a position he has held since March 2008. Based in the United States, Patrick brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory.

In addition to his role at Boxwood Partners, he has served on the Board of Directors for Issuer Direct Corporation from March 2014 to June 2024.

Patrick's previous leadership roles include Chairman & CEO at SFE Brands, LLC (April 2012 - October 2020), CEO at Shockoe Commerce Group (August 2008 - November 2018), and Chairman & CEO at sweetFrog Frozen Yogurt (February 2012 - September 2018).

Earlier in his career, he was the CEO of PrecisionIR Group (February 2005 - April 2007) and COO/President at the same company (February 2000 - March 2005). He also held the position of VP of Business and Product Development at World Investor Link from April 1997 to February 2000.
