Paul Pignataro is the Managing Director at Oberon Securities, LLC, a position he has held since December 2023. Based in the United States, Paul brings extensive experience in investment banking and private equity.

He is also a prolific author, having written several influential books published by John Wiley and Sons, including "Mergers and Acquisitions: A Practical Guide to Investment Banking and Private Equity" (2013), "Leveraged Buyouts: A Practical Guide to Investment Banking and Private Equity" (2013), and "Financial Modeling and Valuation: A Practical Guide to Investment Banking" (2012).

Prior to his current role, Paul was the Managing Partner at Caterson Partners and held a private equity position at TH Lee Putnam Ventures. Additionally, he is the founder of the New York School of Finance, established in 2005.
